Position Summary:

You will concentrate on the day-to-day financial operations while developing long-term financial strategies. Provide insight into company finances and oversee operations of the Accounting Team. You love numbers, have keen attention to detail and always look to make sound business decisions that support the integrity of P&H. You are strategic and analytical in all that you do. You are tech-savvy and look for adaptability in technology to improve processes and increase efficiency in our business. You understand the financials of the company in order to meet legal requirements and keep the financial state of the company in good standing. You are always learning and looking for opportunities for cost-reduction while influencing other departments to do the same.

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Provide monthly P&H financial reports to CEO: Projected Sales, Projected Cash Flow, Actual Sales, Actual Collections
• Provide monthly P&H project financial reports to CEO: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and Budget
• Confirm all P&H credit cards and bank accounts are reconciled each month
• Ensure Vendor management – including but not limited to invoices, credits, back charges, and negotiation of terms.
• Support Accounting functions for P&H Interiors and Four Seventy-Five, LLC
• Manage file storage for all financial records
• Administer all client letters of agreement
• Administer P&H Certificate of Insurance Policy compliance
• Provide CPA with requested reports and documentation
• Engage with P&H Team on relevant department activities
• Supervise reporting Accounting staff including performance, recognition and training
• Conduct monthly billing audits for all P&H benefit plans including but not limited to Health Insurance, 401K, profit sharing
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines including staying up to date on new laws, regulations, and compliance standards

Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• 5+ years Accounting experience
• Knowledge of Interior Design industry preferred
• Requires professional and effective speaking, listening and written communication skills to drive clarity and accuracy.
• Able to resolve concerns professionally and gracefully.
• Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional time management abilities
• Work effectively in a team environment, self-directed yet able to ask for help when necessary

Leadership Experience

• 3+ years Leadership/Supervisory role
• Strong organizational skills with ability to be flexible with workflow demands.
• Professional and enthusiastic with strong initiative and a sense of urgency for meeting sensitive deadlines.
• Able to coach, mentor, delegate and direct reporting Accounting staff

Technical Knowledge

• Microsoft 365
• StudioDesigner (a plus)

We are looking for an experienced Interior Architectural Designer to design and execute high-end luxury custom home projects. You will start from conceptual development and liaise with team members and clients managing and executing the design.

Our design method is to build a space that is livable, functional, reflective of our clients and their lifestyle, within consented budget and timetable parameters.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and producing a set of ID working drawings using AutoCAD/Revit including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes furniture plans, framing plans, electrical plans, Reflected Ceiling plans, molding plans and flooring plans. Interior elevations showing design details.
• Compile samples and order any samples not in house
• Research and propose final selections of tile/hard surface, ceiling design, window treatment, wiring ,appliance, plumbing, and cabinetry
• Maintain/organize project files, schedules and specifications.
• Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
• Create spec package presentations using InDesign and Photoshop.
• Assist in presenting proposed selection to clients, make reselections where needed.
• Visit job sites to assist in construction supervision and communicate progress to P&H team.
• All your communication is timely, and your communicated information is accurate.

Skills

• 5-7 years of proven working experience in designing interior spaces (renovations and or new construction)
• Strong technical and practical AutoCAD/Revit skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical and millwork.
• Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules
• Job site experience including working with architects, builders, measuring and producing documents.
• 3D CAD, SketchUp or other design programs a plus
• BS degree in Interior Design or similar
