Owner and President
Like so many successful entrepreneurs, what started as a hobby for Susan has become a passionate and rewarding career in interior design. After founding P&H Interiors more than three decades ago, the firm has grown and prospered to become one of the most prestigious names in interior design. Over the course of her journey, Susan has honed her abilities and added important new skills to the list of qualities that make her successful. At the top of the list is Susan’s ability to visualize every aspect of a design project. She is a true visionary, with a crisp perspective on both the big picture and the little details. Creativity is second nature for Susan, who confesses that her mind is constantly in the process of working on multiple projects and keeping it all flowing. It is rewarding for Susan to help others achieve the dreams they have for their homes. It is also wonderful to be surrounded by a motivated and dedicated team of professionals who share her vision of style, function and flow. Over the years, Susan has taken great care to nurture young talent and appreciate the service of longtime employees and friends. Together with her staff, Susan has built a company filled with dedicated people that are all passionate and proud about seeing projects through from concept to reality. A native of Albany, NY, Susan comes from a large family and has been married to her high school sweetheart, Kevin, for more than 30 years. They are the parents of two children, Marcy and Kevin. Susan enjoys her large extended family that is an important part of her life. She has always placed great focus on balancing her career and family obligations with a healthy lifestyle.
JULIE HARRIS
Corporate Vice President & FL Licensed Interior Designer
Celebrating her 30-year milestone with P&H Interiors in April 2023, Julie is an accomplished interior designer with a passion for transforming spaces. Initially drawn to Fine Arts, she redirected her focus to interior design, discovering her forte in the architectural realm.
Julie’s strength lies in visualizing spaces, allowing clients to see the potential before it takes shape. As a member of ASID, she remains committed to staying at the forefront of the industry trends. With three decades of experience, Julie leads a highly skilled team of interior architectural designers, fostering a collaborative work environment. She continues to blend artistic intuition with a deep understanding of interior architecture, creating timeless and functional designs.
KAREN RUBIN
Corporate Treasurer & FL Licensed Interior Designer
Karen possesses ambidexterity, not only in her hands but also in her cognitive abilities. She distinguishes herself as an exceptional individual capable of bridging the realms of creativity and design with the business and finance dimensions of the company. Having joined the company in 1994, Karen effectively leverages her amalgamation of creativity and logical reasoning to proficiently manage projects, allocate resources, and oversee logistical aspects.
Being a big fan of forensic science, Karen connects it to her work. For her, it's like solving a mystery - starting with a blank slate and figuring out how to tackle creative challenges.
PAMELA DORTCH
Corporate Vice President & FL Licensed Interior Designer
Pam, a Senior Designer with an impressive 28-year tenure, specializes in the creation of outstanding residential spaces. She has refined her skills in interior design, consistently delivering personalized and innovative solutions that surpass client expectations. Pam's profound grasp of design principles, paired with her meticulous attention to detail, enables her to curate spaces that seamlessly blend functionality and aesthetics. With a continuous infusion of fresh ideas and creative solutions, she brings a passion for crafting harmonious and inviting spaces to every project, evident in her meticulous approach to design.
ANNE MASCIOVECCHIO
Corporate Secretary & Controller
Anne began her career in the Northeast, eventually relocating to South Florida in 1984. Her prior positions in banking, real estate development and home furnishings eventually led her to the creative aspects of interior design and P&H Interiors in 1995. Her position as Controller has allowed her to thrive in our Accounting Department. When she is not busy with her Florida family, she enjoys a variety of creative hobbies and took up tennis during the pandemic.
MYRNA PUELLO
Director of Finance
Myrna has over 30 years of accounting experience, including 23 years with P&H, ensuring that financial goals align seamlessly with our company's vision. Her natural curiosity leads her to learn new skills and to keep up to date, she is involved in professional and accounting associations. Outside of work, Myrna loves to travel and enjoys Yoga. Myrna received her BS in Accounting from Pontifical Xavierian University.

With a dedicated career spanning since 2005, Anna is a seasoned professional in orchestrating seamless customer service experiences. Known for an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, she turns logistics into a service tailored just for you. Anna’s commitment to getting things done is matched by her positive attitude, making her a driving force in our team.
ROSE FARAONE, SHRM-CP
Human Resources Director
In April 2022, Rose became the latest addition to the P&H Leadership Team. With more than two decades of expertise in Executive Leadership and Human Resources, Rose is a certified professional with SHRM credentials. Her extensive professional journey encompasses roles in Human Resources, Marketing and Operations across diverse industries.
