A mature and sophisticated approach to a coastal look was fashioned for this waterfront home, a vacation retreat for its Canadian owners, in Pompano Beach, FL. Every inch of the house was begging for upgrades and “TLC”. All 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths were remodeled, the living room converted into a media room, and the kitchen completely renovated to include all new cabinetry and gourmet appliances, even a pizza oven. The exterior of the home warranted similar attention. The windows and exterior doors were replaced throughout and the rear patio redesigned and expanded for maximum enjoyment of this vacation paradise.
