Despite years of neglect, a couple from Arizona realized with the right help there was unlimited potential for this two story home situated on a desirous waterfront lot in Lighthouse Point, FL. The P&H team left no stone unturned in the comprehensive renovation, including numerous architectural enhancements, a kitchen remodel, a customized home theater, and an updated home office. The turn-key design included a mix of furnishings with rich textures and luxurious finishes. Though the family had always enjoyed vacationing in the area, they decided to relocate permanently after seeing the dramatic transformation of this magnificent home.
This home was winner of the Southeast Building Conference “Whole House Renovation” Aurora Award and Florida Atlantic Building Association “Overall Interior Design Residential Space $2-$3 million” PRISM Best Award. Featured in Boca Design Magazine
